Tricia Murphy Madden

Tricia is avid exercise enthusiast and absolutely believes in the power of having a pet in your life. Her dog Mona Lica quickly became the pet that changed her life. She is an ACE and AFAA certified fitness instructor, continuing education provider and star of 6 highly acclaimed commercial DVD's. Tricia is a master trainer for Beaming, Gymstick, Gliding and Bender Ball Training Systems. She is also the creator of Urban Striptease Aerobics with over 1300 instructors in the United States, and My Best Friend's Work-out. She is currently the Group Fitness Director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA and former club owner.

Mona Lica Murphy Madden

This beautiful cocker spaniel dog is a "Tica", which means she's a woman originally from Costa Rica. Her original owner Dan lived in Costa Rica and when he passed away her new owner Tricia brought her to Seattle.  She sometimes day dreams of days on the beach and wonders why she moved to the rainy Seattle. She is a special dog that traveled the long distance between San Jose, Costa Rica and Seattle to find her home with her new parents Shawn & Tricia. In her spare time she sleeps, eats, and plays ball constantly.
